Set is the Egyptian god of deserts and storms. He is mainly known for killing his brother Osiris who was resurrected long enough to sire a son, Horus who avenges his father's death. While Set is commonly represented as a chaotic force in many myths he is also represented in supportive roles in others. It is debated on what animal is used to represent him, but in the later eras he was most often depicted as a donkey or with the head of one.
