Meditation Smudge is a blend of White Sage, Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal suitable for a variety of deep meditation and ritual needs. This smudge creates a relaxing atmosphere that is useful for drawing focus, evoking inner strength and promoting deeper breathing.
